Veronica Diquez

Veronica is bicultural by birth, having been born and raised in the United States until age 7, then moving to Venezuela with her parents until she was 20 years old. She grew up bilingual and with a great understanding of different cultures, which contributed tremendously with her having an empathetic personality and attitude towards people. She moved back to the US on her own and worked in different sales positions for over 17 years, including property and life insurance, staffing services, home improvement products, vacation plans over the phone, telemarketing, etc. Because of her personal and professional background, Veronica has developed an honest, passionate, and ambitious approach to life and business.

With her late grandfather as an inspiration, who spoke 5 languages and was a successful business owner, Veronica developed a passion to grow professionally and learn languages. Being an avid learner by nature, she studied French, Italian, and became a Master Level Court Certified Spanish Interpreter in NC. Since she always had an entrepreneurial mindset, she founded her own successful interpreting and translating business, Lingua Duo, LLC.

She understands the impact of listening and truly working in the best interest of her clients, whether they are an individual, a family or a global company. She always makes sure to go above and beyond to meet her client’s needs. Needless to say, her experience gives her the perfect edge for sales and outstanding customer service.

Veronica discovered her passion for real estate the first day she started looking for her first home. She became very curious about the process and noticed how different realtors were providing different levels of service. Some were truly listening and some were simply trying to get a sale.

Understanding first-hand how important a first home is, she started studying and analyzing every step of the process, and she immediately pictured herself helping others buy or sell their homes. She quickly enrolled in real estate school and got her license within 6 months! Having a vast experience in sales and customer service, she is ready, qualified and has the passion to help people in the real estate business with the upmost quality of service they deserve.
